Для начала разархивируйте архив, поскольку драйвер для ML-1710P вы скачаете в запакованном варианте. Жмите по архиву двойным кликом, выберите, куда его следует распаковать, и кликните по кнопке «Next».

Теперь запустится непосредственно файл-установщик, который вы распаковали. Сразу же, как мастер установки поприветствует вас, переходите к следующему окну, нажав «Далее».
